AIFC Court & IAC Drive Digital Intelligence Standards on International Dispute Resolution for Eurasia at China Arbitration Summit 2025

The AIFC Court and IAC participated in a panel discussion, ‘Ethical Parameters: Redefining Boundaries for Digital Intelligent Assistance in International Arbitration’, in Beijing, as part of the China Arbitration Summit 2025.

This was the flagship event of the China Arbitration Week and brought together leading global experts in arbitration and legal practice.

Mr. Christopher Campbell-Holt OBE, Registrar and Chief Executive of the AIFC Court and IAC, spoke about the benefits of using AI and digital technology in dispute resolution and the need for clear guidelines for its appropriate use in case proceedings. The AIFC Court and IAC will shortly publish new guidelines for appropriate use of AI in case proceedings.
