Case Progression at the AIFC Court

The Training Centre is delighted to invite participants to join an online training session on “Case Progression at the AIFC Court”, delivered by Mr. Christopher Campbell-Holt OBE, Registrar and Chief Executive of the AIFC Court and IAC, on 28 January 2026, at 15:00 Astana time.

In this training session, Mr. Campbell-Holt OBE will provide guidance on how to start and progress a case at the AIFC Court, covering five essential litigation and case management stages:

1. Pre-commencement: Setting objectives, gathering evidence, and exploring Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) options.
2. Commencement of Claim: Filing a claim and initiating the Court’s case management.
3. Interim Matters: Strategic case management and document disclosure.
4. Trial or Hearing: Understanding courtroom procedures and decision-making.
5. Post-trial Matters: Appeals, enforcement, and costs.
