Case Progression at the IAC

The Training Centre is delighted to invite participants to join an online training session on “Case Progression at the IAC”, on 22 July 2026, at 15:00 Astana time.

The training will examine the key stages of an IAC case, including the commencement of proceedings through the submission of a Request for Arbitration, the consideration of responses and preliminary issues, the appointment of arbitrators, and the conduct of proceedings through effective case management. The session will also address interim measures, expedited procedures, the conclusion of proceedings, and matters relating to costs and final outcomes.
