The AIFC Court and IAC together with Baker & McKenzie Kazakhstan, are delighted to invite participants to join, free of charge, the webinar "The Launch of the IAC Arbitration and Mediation Rules 2022: New Innovations". The speaking panel will include: Ms. Barbara Dohmann KC, IAC Chairman, Mr. Christopher Campbell-Holt, the Registrar and Chief Executive of the AIFC Court and IAC, and Mr. Alexander Korobeinikov, Partner, Baker & McKenzie Kazakhstan.
During this webinar, participants will have an opportunity to hear first-hand from Ms. Barbara Dohmann KC on the new IAC Arbitration and Mediation Rules 2022. The webinar will provide unique insight into the new Rules and how it is expected they will operate in practice in proceedings at the IAC. Participants will also hear from an Arbitrator who has given arbitration awards at the IAC.
